CPOE Approach and Project Methodology
In keeping with the holistic project management approach, where the importance of the whole is as emphasized as the interdependence of its parts, the CPOE Project Lifecycle follows four standard phases:
Phase 1: Concept
The Concept phase covers fundamental baseline tasks needed in the initial Planning and Preparation stages.
